Optimo Care Group Statement – COVID-19

Firstly, we would like to offer our sincere thanks to all of our staff for their continued support and commitment to each other and to our service users, who we know are extremely vulnerable during this unprecedented and difficult time.

The Optimo Care Group (TLC HomeCare, WarrenCare, Town & Local Care & Choices Specialist Community Care & Support) are taking guidance and all necessary precautions to help manage the risk of infection across our organisation in relation to the COVID-19 epidemic. We are taking the current circumstances very seriously and are monitoring the changing situation and government guidance closely, as well as liaising with local authorities, in order to ensure we continue to provide a safe and efficient service whilst keeping the health and safety of our service users, staff and other stakeholders at the heart of our plans and thoughts. We have formed a ‘Business Continuity Team’ made up of senior managers who meet on a regular basis (at least twice per day), in order to discuss and update plans for the coming days, weeks and months ahead.
