Dignity Action Day 2017
This year we asked all of our staff (TLC Homecare, WarrenCare & Town & Local Care) to let us know what dignity meant to them, we asked them to spend a few moments thinking about this important aspect of care and to spend a few extra minutes chatting with their service users too. We then asked everyone to send us a few words which summed their feelings up and then shared these with other staff throughout the whole of our group to help us promote 'Dignity in Care' even more. Please continue reading to check out some of the comments we received:

Well Done & Merry Christmas to everyone!
Our Optimo Christmas Wish List....
Over the last couple of years we have used the money we normally spend on company Christmas cards to spread some extra festive cheer amongst our service users and we are doing this again this year. We ask our care workers to nominate service users who they think would benefit from receiving certain items at this time of year... It may be something they think they need or just something they believe their service users would enjoy and we call this our ' Christmas Wish List' campaign.... our little elves are out delivering pressies now and over the next few weeks to ensure everyone who has been nominated receives their gift.
We hope our service users enjoy their gifts and would like to thank all care workers who have taken the time to nominate someone. We send everyone our warmest wishes at this time of year....
