Service User Attends Everton Match...
We Have Listened to Our Care Workers!! Employee Engagement Role Launched.......
This year instead of sending Christmas cards, we've decided to spend £2000 to spread festive cheer!
We have asked our Care Workers and office teams to nominate service users who they feel would like a treat
or a gesture that would make a difference to them. So far, we have had some great ideas, from a new winter
coat, a toaster but others are as simple as a new book or some flowers.
We asked that nominations for gifts be of a modest value, so a break in Barbados is unlikely, put simply we just want the money to go further and hopefully make a difference to as many people as we can.
We provide care and support to over 1200 people every week, and we would like to spread some festive cheer amongst our Service Users.
We would like you to nominate those who you feel would benefit the most from a gift or gesture or that would make a difference to them. We’re setting £2000 aside for this we want to spread as much festive cheer to as many people as possible. Try and avoid high value nominations, (such as a holiday to Barbados, or an evening with Enrique Iglesias!) to enable us to do this.
