How happy are you in your role: (90% of all staff answered they are happy in their role)

We also asked our staff if they were satisfied with the following:

The training they receive- 91% were fully satisfied

Their Hours of Work- 78% advised were fully satisfied

Line Management- 83% advised were fully satisfied

We asked what our staff liked about working for the organisation and we have included some of their comments below:

Being informed of what’s going off in the organisation.

The level of support from management.

Good work/life balance.

Going to regular training.

I love the job and the satisfaction gained in the role.

Training is of  a high level.

The hard working coordinators.

The times I am able to work/regular shift patterns.

The coordination team/line managers are always at the end of the phone and follow up any issues I may have.

Professional attitude.

Careful scheduling allowing minimal travel between calls.
