Experienced Support Worker, Complex Needs-Liverpool

Experienced Support Workers required

£13.50 per hour week days £15.00 per hour weekends

Full and Part time positions available.

WarrenCare are currently recruiting Experienced Support Workers to assist a young lady with learning difficulties and provide vital respite to her family. We are looking for kind, caring and compassionate people who really want to make a difference to the life of others. Duties will include helping to promote independence and integration in to local community activities.

We have various shifts available including:

Monday to Friday- 7am to 9am

Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 5pm to 10pm

Saturday and Sunday 8am to 5pm

Saturday and Sunday 5pm to 10pm

Support Coordinator- Liverpool

Full Time, plus on call duties.

Salary £18,588 to £21,210

WarrenCare are looking to recruit an experienced Support Coordinator to work within our specialist Support Services. We have provided supported living services since 2003. This is a specialist service tailored for individuals who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities and high dependency needs, such as Autism, visual impairments and Epilepsy. We provide a support service that enables a person to live independently in their own home with twenty four hour support.

Successful candidates will lead a small team of Support Workers within a person-centre practice.

Responsible for establishing clear boundaries and supporting the support work team to offer Service users the scope to explore alternative hopes and aims with new values and a sense of purpose.
