Health & WellbeingWe take the 'Health & Wellbeing' of all of our employees very seriously and are committed to supporting them throughout their time spent with our company. With this in mind we applied to work with local authorities in order to gain 'The Workplace Wellbeing Charter Award' and are pleased to announce that we have now been successful in gaining this award throughout our organisation. This will support us to work together with our employees in order to further promote this important subject throughout our group of companies moving forwards into the future.

To assist with this, we have introduced 'Health and Wellbeing' boards and/or tables in all offices where staff can find information around subjects such as healthy eating, exercise classes, literature relating to various medical conditions, support with stopping smoking, amongst much more. All of these are set out in areas where staff can find them easily accessible when coming in or out of our offices and where they can perhaps spend some time checking out the information displayed.

We've also included health and wellbeing sections in our newsletters to assist in cascading additional information to all employees around health and wellbeing at work and also welcome them to let us know any ideas they have around which subjects they would like to see information upon.
